- TrustBIX Inc., a Canadian company specialising in agri-food traceability and value solutions, has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Alberta Food Security Inc. (AFSI) on August 13th, 2023.
- AFSI, representing AgriPlay Ventures, holds the exclusive license for AgriPlay’s innovative Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) vertical indoor farming technology in Alberta, with the potential to expand to other territories.
- This collaboration allows TrustBIX to utilise AgriPlay’s technology to enhance agricultural sustainability and traceability, contributing to food security and transparency.
TrustBIX Inc., a Canada-based company which provides agri-food traceability and chain of custody value solutions, has announced the signing of a non-binding Letter of Intent, with Alberta Food Security Inc. (AFSI), on August 13th, 2023.
AFSI is the Alberta territory manager for AgriPlay Ventures, holding the exclusive Alberta territory licence, along with the option to acquire additional North American and international territories from AgriPlay, an innovative Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) vertical indoor farming company.
TrustBIX delivers independent validation of provenance and sustainable practices within multiple businesses. BIX Location Services offer solutions to supply chains that bring situational awareness to high-value assets. This acquisition allows TrustBIX to utilise AgriPlay technology, and expand its agricultural sustainability practices with complete traceability from Gate to Plate®.
